A practically new sailboat for the price of a used boat! So many new updates to this grand dame of a boat. 

Her current owner put a tremendous amount of time and updates not to mention finances into getting her ready for many Great Lakes adventures.  Life changes....  Always freshwater!  The 1984 Bayfield 32 is a popular, well-regarded 31.5-foot masthead sloop that blends 1980s racer-cruiser performance with comfortable, functional cruising accommodations. Known for moderate weight, good build quality, and solid upwind performance, it is ideal for coastal cruising or club racing. With a name like "THREE SHEETS TO THE WIND", she won't go unnoticed:)

2 year old Nani Kubota 21hp diesel new electronics, stereo, refrig, Watergate. New furlex furlers. Interior led lights.

Prop , 12 volt water heater, gennaker sail . Two foward roller furlers . Refrigeration new and a stom interior. Teak wood cock pit table , teak Stearn seats . All cock pit winches are new. Self tailing winches.  

Sailboat comes with either an optional timber cradle or combo steel cradle and trailer for transport.  Standing deck blocks replaced recently. Port and starboard led strip lighting

The galley has a new 3 burner stove top ! And a new air fryer oven!

Kubota 21 hp. Diesel , with new hour meter and start station , key ect.

 

New uv sail protection on 2 forward sails. Blue color

Water lines replaced a year ago, also Bilge pump 2 anchors, Water pump

All equipment is mostly replaced 2 years ago.  All new fabric and cushions in 2023.

The 32C carries more power than the average 32 with a taller mast ( and therefore sails faster. On beam reach, she is around 6 kts comfortably without much heeling. In light wind, surprisingly, the performance is still rather good. It's set up quite nicely to single-hand and, frankly, is ready to go pretty much anywhere.  

 

The 1984 Bayfield 32C was designed by naval architect  Ted Gozzard and built by

Boatyard in Ontario, Canada.
