Catalina30 Tall Rig Capri 1987

$22,500.00

The Catalina 30 has been redefined by incorporating some of the best modern features of the popular C-270 and C-320 designs.

The stern section is wider at the deck - a distinct advantage of any Catalina cruising yacht - thanks to wider coamings for outboard seating and new observation seats built into the stern rail.

She comes with a sail inventory of a 135 % furling genoa, Dacron with UV protection - Mainsail, Dacron with reef, full battens, and Doyle Stack Pack /Flaking System.  There are internal halyards, a Self tailing mainsheet winch for main halyard led aft, with sheet stopper - Boom vang that doesn't get in your way or your sail's way,  Genoa blocks, two on adjustable cars - Mid boom mainsheet system - 2 jib halyards, led aft, to sheet stoppers

She (no name yet - your choice!) is currently stored at River's End Marina in Racine Wi.   She is clean, well-maintained, and in great sailing condition.  The boat also has a a clean title.  Speaking of "clean" the marine head is newer as well:)

Below deck, the layout that defined a modern classic has remained true to its heritage, but has become even more comfortable and functional with the addition of several thoughtful improvements and subtle refinements. The galley is comfortable for cooking and host/hostessing with larger countertop surfaces.

This boat also has many cupboards and drawers. Seller is leaving all dishes and serving ware.  The lockers are ample allowing for storage of PFD's or that "cocktail dress" for going out on the town.

If you are interested in racing, this boat is eligible to participate in Catalina one-design events and Class Association activities.

Give us a call to set up a tour!  She is on the hard but accessible.  Or, we can organize a video tour if you like!
