Hunter 310 Sailboat
Carrie Alyce" has had two owners since 1983. She has always been in freshwater and well cared for. She is well equipped for both day sailing as well as a week out on the Great Lakes. All rigging comes back to cockpit for ease of couples sailing or racing. Her PHRF rating is 171 and she can get to a hull speed of 6.87 knots! There is a vee berth forward, with a comfortable "not broken into" cushion. There is storage under the berth, and 2 large bins under the front of the berth for your foul weather gear and overnight bags. A folding door closes the V-berth for privacy for your crew or to keep your crew's celebrating "contained"!
Outside there is storage to port with an opening port, with the enclosed head to starboard. The head is large. There is a sink to your left as you enter, with hot and cold running water. The teak seat folds up against the bulkhead for use of the head and down to provide a seat for showering.
The salon. The face to face dinette is on the starboard side. The table lowers to form a double berth for guests. The forward part of the dinette features even more storage underneath. There is a single skinny settee on the port side. There are storage cabinets with sliding doors, and shelves lining both side of the salon for storage, extra dishes for cooking and entertainment. The U-shaped galley offers loads of counter space and lots of storage, and an opening port over the gimbaled stove and oven. There is a large icebox, and a built in garbage container with top which keeps trash from spilling about. The galley has nice racks for plates, dishes and cups built into the aft bulkhead. Across from the galley, and at the aft end of the port settee, is the nav station. Lifting lid with plenty of room for your charting needs. Room for the VHF and other electronics.
Behind that is a hanging locker, then a large quarter berth, with room for two. Sellers loved their boat, but said it is time to concentrate on their next chapter in life. They want to find Carrie Alyce a new home port.
